Our process is flexible and customizable. It can include a range of services from site analsysis and layout design with a feasibility study, to construciton plans and details added to a builder's drawing set, while also offering 3D-modeling and photo-illustrations to visualize the design for our clients.  Our collaborative design process and photo-illustrations have help the client and contractors alike see the vision and impact of the design, and communicate effectively through the process. 

We specialize in custom outdoor designs, tailor-made plans, and presentation graphics for residential clients,  and have worked for restaurants, hotels, business centers, community churches, parks and public spaces. We offer a personalized experience through design process, reviewing details of the site, product and material options, and help to navigate into the budgeting, permitting, and construction phase of the project.  And, we offer a network of great professionals ready to bring the "big idea" to life!

We help clients understand and budget effectively for the project.  We can create a "Feasibility Study" for the project in a spreadsheet as we complete the design.  And, with the plans, 3D-rendering and photo-illustration graphics, we have assisted in over 12 successful fundraising efforts and grant applications for church communities, business centers, K-12 schools, college institutions, residential home associations, and philanthropic efforts that include a community-space landscape.
